Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns

We offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We cannot offer you any type of refund or exchange if the purchase is older than 30 days. Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • The item must be in the original packaging with the product tags attached.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for a return/refund
  • Clearance items are not returnable

Email us at returns@onnor.cc with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back to us, wait until you receive a return confirmation email and then send your package to the address below:

Once your package  has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return or refund  has been approved or rejected. Once the item has been approved for a return an automatic refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will be applied to your account (original payment method). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. What if I want to cancel my order? Once a package leaves our facility the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you will need to accept the package, then contact us to initiate a return.

EXCHANGE

We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the correct item.

WARRANTY

If your item is defective or faulty please send us pictures immediately. Items must be unused and in the same conditions as you received it (unwashed, with tags, unworn, original packaging). Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required.

SALE

All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
